Modalities


Cupping – Involves placing specialized glass “cups” on specific areas of the body.  The cups act as a suction to draw fresh Qi and Blood to the area, to relieve aches, and pains and improve circulation.



Electro-acupuncture – Needles are attached to a machine that emits gentle electrical pulses to remove any blockages, to promote free flow of Qi and Blood, and decrease pain.





Tui Na – Is a form of Chinese body work similar to massage therapy.





Gua Sha
 – Is performed by applying short brisk strokes with a Gua Sha tool, creating red patches called “Sha”. This treatment detoxifies the Blood and restores healthy flow of Qi and Blood to the area.
